I think usually a good start is with a healthy diet and learning how to use make up well. Clothing choices can make a big difference in how others perceive you as well as practicing voice and walk. If you are talking herbals, I don't know.

I was on hormones then. But ive heard of people using herbal stuff in the beginning. Until im back on hormones id like to try the herbal stuff.
