Now that I'm out to my family I think I'll be starting T soon. My therapist last time I talked to her said she was ready to sign my letter when ever I was ready and so I set up a meeting with her for Thursday. I'm so excited that this might actually be happening soon. I'm hoping that she'll clear everything during this next meeting but it's ok if it takes another one. There's a hospital in my city that does hrt too and the bus can drop me off right by it(though it's kind of a long bus ride). I'm just really excited and hopefully everything will work out.

I also discovered my insurance might actually cover some things too.

That's awesome! I'm glad you are finally getting the go ahead to begin your HRT.
As I understand it, you can get your T with your insurance depending on how your Dr. codes it. I've gotten mine on my insurance for a couple decades for that reason. T can be expensive, so see if you can get your endo or family physician to code the request correctly.

Thanks guys.

I talked to my therapist and got my T letter. I made an appointment with the hospital near me that does hrt too. It isn't until the 28th of April but I'm stoked. How do these appointments normally go by the way?
