I am more professional and dressy up style, I guess, and I wear pumps a lot of the time. Wearing pumps not only helps burn extra calories and tones your thigh muscles, it also nearly makes it impossible to stride guy style... tried walking with long strides in pumps??? I take short small steps, and when I am not wearing them like at home or I wear my girly boots, I tend to keep with the smaller steps.
Standing, I keep my feet mostly together. I never space my feet out, keeping inner thigh close together is key. When sitting, I keep my legs together or crossed, naturally, because I am generally wearing a dress or skirt xD
