Alright, I don't know if I should post this here or not, but it does pertain to HRT. I've tried to find information on this in the past to no avail so if you are comfortable talking about it then let me know.

So I have multiple orgasms. And by that I mean I have a ->-bleeped-<- ton. I'm wondering if any guys with multiples have noticed a change in the amount you have after starting T. I'm kind of hoping hormones can at least cut it in half, and I definitely don't want it to reduce to one orgasm (though I'll except it if it happens). Even if you don't have multiples have you noticed a change in the intensity of your orgasms? (I've noticed I need less the more intense they are pre-T.)

Another thing, I've pretty much always needed is double stimulation, unless I have help from a lover. Has anyone noticed that they can get off with just one stimulus after starting testosterone, if you weren't before?

And...If you already had a really high libido did it still go higher or did it pretty much stay the same?

I'm just over one week on T and haven't noticed a change in anything, but growth yet, not that I expect to this soon. But I've always been concerned about these.

i still have multiple orgasms. The amount depends on overall mood, energy etc. now they are quicker and more intense, with a slightly longer refractory period.

I can't help on the double stimuli, but single stimulus is adequate for me.

high libido that got even higher... I guess I noticed when I had to release a lot more than I used to.

Orgasms for sure more intense.  Never had multiples, but feel like if I could it would be since T.

I only stimulate at the top, anything below that brings dysphoria.

T ended multiples for me, but I don't really miss it. I think it lowered the intensity, although it's getting difficult to remember.

I experienced a libido surge early on, but a few years later it's not only calmed down, I'd say it's lower than before T. That may also be due to exiting my 20s, however.

Never had multiples, but when I cross the finish line...oh.  My.  GOD.  I mean, I take a beta blocker for anxiety.  Before I took it, it was pretty good.  I'd feel the blood pumping through my body for a little while after.  Great way to help me get to sleep.  Now...sweet Jibbers Crabst...if I wasn't on a beta blocker, I can only imagine how intense it would be!

I can't comment on the multiples, but initially my libido was crazy but declined over time. I've been on T for over a year now and I would say my libido is higher now than before because I was asexual with pretty much no drive at all. now I need to orgasm somewhat regularly, just jacking off isn't cutting it, or I'll have that build up feeling of sexual energy that is being stored.

I used to have multiples, now I'm a one and done kind of guy. For the same reasons Brett listed, I only stimulate at the top.

I've also found that I'm really sore downstairs. I got some growth fairly early on, and I think I'm getting some more with the switch to injections. So any kind of stimulation is kind of unpleasant at the moment.
