Well it's kind of offensive telling someone to shave their chest for a picture. I mean if you need to say "no offense", it usually is one. I don't think I can get a real clear view of his chest but I think I'm sort of jealous of that much body hair. :) That's a prodigious chest!

No offense but i cant even see what your chest looks like with all that hair.  Maybe shave it off and show us a picture?  Body hair can cover up a lot

I'm agreed with Jay on this one, that hair is meant to be adored and worshipped, not shaved! Besides, there is a close up of his areola and you get a good sense, even with all the hair. If you need more pictures, look up "periareolar chest surgery after pictures" and you'll find a lot of good shots on google.

That's what I aspire to do man. I'm a full B and I could probably try to get one successful peri done but I'm more confident in getting liposuction and a lift done first, then going in for Peri procedure. That's just my preference, it's what I feel will give me the best result.

that wasnt my point

he posted that pic to show a comparison between the surgery he got and DI

but we cant see the difference if his entire chest is covered by hair

not criticizing the hair itself as i would love to be that hairy

but you cant use that pic to compare types of surgery if you cant see his chest

i wasnt knocking the hair i was just pointing out we cant see what his chest looks like and therefor cant use it to compare the different surgery methods

i think his body hair looks awesome but cannot judge what his chest looks like or whether the results look better or more realistic than a DI which is the original question and reason for him posting it

I've seen very hairy chested guys and their chests looks totally different when they shave their body hair
I wasn't holding it open for you, who holds the door open for a man?!?

Well I thought it was a nice gesture....BUT I GUESS I WAS WRONG!!!!!

i was a small B cup or large A cup prior to surgery but went with DI because i felt the results were more CONSISTENTLY good.

i mean ive see great peri results, bad peri results, great DI and bad DI results but the percentage for success in my opinion is much higher with DI as it gives the surgeon more control over the results

one thing i dont like about peri is a lot of results i see it looks like the chest/nipples are too far down on the torso

I have pics of my chest without hair, but they are right after surgery. I have never shaved my chest and never will, I also have a couple of friends like I said that have had the same procedure. The peri in my opinion looks more natural because there's not a scar going across you're chest and the nipples are left like they are and the only thing the do with them is make the areola smaller. And also there's no dog ears with the peri.

But! One more thing is in order for the peri to look natural and be as "perfect" as can be it needs to be done in at least 2 stages or more (mine was three stages) and my surgeon even said that. Some guys in my country have had even more surgeries (4-5) so that they could have the peri because they don't want any scarring to give them away

I'm not gonna shave my chest hair and I really couldn't care less if some people think it looks like sh** to have all that hair, my genes gave me that and I'm keeping it. I have been abroad numerous times and went to beach parties and so on and met people up close with no shirt on and no one has NEVER ever commented on my chest , not in drunk state or in sober. That's good enough validation for me that my chest looks natural.

all im saying is ive seen trans guys with very hairy chests like yours and it hides what the chest really looks like.....cause ive seen them with their chests hairy and smooth shaved and it looks like 2 completely different chests.....its good to have a lot of chest hair though because it hides flaws and scars...from the difference ive seen between a hairy post op chest vs shaved it always looks way better hairy

Okay well for me there isnt much to hide since I only have scars around my nipples, that arent very thick to begin with so my chest hair really isn't in the way of seeing the results you can beleve me on that.

The guys I've seen who were C cups or larger and went through peri (through 2 or 3 operations)  all came out with a lot of lumpy tissue left over.  Even if the hair isnt hiding scars it can be hiding excess tissue.  Not saying you have it but there is no way to know with all that hair and if u havent shaved since surgery no way for you to know either.  Just saying its not a good picture as a comparison of different types of surgery results.  Your body hair is awesome wish i had that much just cant tell by the picture what your chest actually looks like underneath

I do know a guy who had a C chest. He was talked into a peri. It was totally inappropriate and the guy has had 4 revisions. The final "revision" gave him a DI. He would have better off with a DI to begin with.

unfortunately i think some surgeons are selfish and might wanna "experiment" on doing Peri on larger chested guys.....hoping they will get it "right" and get amazing results and become well known for the surgeon who can do Peri on big chested guys.

or the surgeons want to gain experience with doing Peri on big chested guys hoping some day they will be able to do it well and be well known for it and get more business.....this is all at the patient's expense (both money but more importantly, sacrificing their satisfaction with their post op chests)

i really think that is the only reason some surgeons would push large chested guys into Peri for selfish reasons only and as an experiment.....its just plain wrong

i know a few guys on FB who were bigger guys who were talked into peri by their surgeons who they trusted and even after 2 or 3 surgeries are not happy with the results

That's what I felt about this guy I know. The guy is no longer doing peris on bigger guys, so perhaps he realized this doesn't work out so well without more than one revision.

The whole cup thing is confusing me because isn't it more of a ratio of chest size compared to the band size? So someone who is 32DDD for example is equivalent to someone who is 38C. So idk if it would be just cup size that factors into it.

The number is the circumference of the bust. So someone at a 38" bust is a little thicker through the torso than someone at a 32" bust. I don't think this number matters as much, or at all, with surgery because they aren't really altering it. If they are making any adjustments, it's just making the line between upper chest and mid-lower torso more even with some additional lipo.

Cup size is a relationship, so that 32DDD is not not equal in any way to 38 C or something. It's something like under the breast and across it. You would have a LOT more trouble binding at 32DDD.
