I'm trying to get to at least 26 from 28 but if I was about to get 24 or so it would be better

I'm starting with a 28 inches waist and 34 inches hips, but I just started hrt as well only 1 month in.

I will do some exercise as well, but it's not like I feel overweight or something like that, maybe a little bit, but I will diet too anyway. it's more that I want to get a smaller waist and underbust.

My question was how long should I use the corset during the day... Are you supposed to wear it all the times? I mean I feel like the more I wore it yesterday the less I felt discomfort, but again it was the first day, and I used it only for an hour because I started really late and I had to go to sleep, I didn't know you could sleep with it, but I am kind of afraid of sleeping with the corset, plus I don't think it's really comfortable to sleep with the corset.
it will be really uncomfortable at first and you will only be able to stand so long....but keep doing it everyday and keep increasing the time and tightness...theres no specific amount of time you have to wear it but the more and the longer the better...also although 24 inches is definitely possible I think it might look slightly odd on a "genetically male" body because theres generally a little broader shoulders and chest and stuff...so that's why I don't wanna be 24 inches as most cis women aren't that small...
