Well I had a neat morning (even though it started stressful) I was in total guy mode, still very much looking like a guy as far as i see it and most see it. So I am waiting in line at St. Anthony's (A Charity that serves healthy meals) and the gal behind me starts chatting with me. Many different people are in the line from all walks of life. A Transwoman was in front of me. I had seen her before but not the woman behind me. This gal was not trans, but let me tell you what she did. First she put her hand up to my check and said "You have such soft skin" Not wanting to really say anything because I was hungry and in a non talkative mood I said quickly "oh yes, well you know I am camping on the beach and getting alot of sun" She did not say anything else until we got our food. She then turned to me and said "Hey, you should sit over here, this area is for women and families" I'm like HUH? Really? thinking to myself HUH....is this a joke? She then said quite plainly "Your Transgender, right"? I kinda gasped and said "Um yeah, but wait......wait....how did you know!??? I wasant even dressed up, I'm in boy mode"

She then replied warmly "Because you have an amazing feminine energy"    :icon_chick: :icon_yikes:

THAT MADE MY DAY!   ;D  I just could not believe it! Well we started talking more and it was a good talk, she seemed smart and caring. I was not expecting this.

She's an ally. Congrats that's awesome.

Yeah she says she lived with a Lesbian room mate for a while before she got married to her husband. But Do I really have feminine energy? I feel like I do sometimes, I just did not think other people could see it.

Yes, it is quite possible to have a palpable feminine energy however you are presenting. I have been told the same thing when I was pre-transition and early-transition - we are women after all!

There are sensitive people who can... and who are open enough to talk about it :)

Congratulations... :)

Yes. I also had a similar experience.

Several years ago, I was wearing miniskirt and 5-inch heels, and enjoying the night with my old friends in a beach.
When I walked from the women's public bathroom, a woman at her later 20s asked me like "I am wondering whether you are transgender." I knew that there was a bar where transgender women served. I did not say anything to her. Just ignoring it.

barbie~~
Just do it.

It happens. I dont know why...

Im in total guy mode... and lesbians see it a lot, I guess because they are attracted to feminity and see it.

I remember a cute guy... a long time ago when I was like 13... I lifted my hair off my forehead... and he said "You look like  a girl". Guys complemented on my body during high school... one even had a crush on me when I was a senior cause he kept saying hi to me (this was 2010 era... think Boom Boom Pow).... but he once sat at my table ans I remember I rudely ask him... why are you sitting here???

When I was 16.... my mother was bothered by the fact a guy was checking me out.

Last year summertime.... I felt like Regina George... guys were giving me chocolAtes and ice cream in the OPEN.... in front of everyone. This meant a lot to me... and i didnt gave a damn about reputation.... i was a hardcore flirt to my admirers too... like i went into total stupid blonde mode.... yeah yeh... i got away with it.

A guy recently complimented me indirectly comparing me Leonardo DiCaprio.... not an insult considering his face WAS feminine.

A cousin of mine once said my skin was pretty.

But really.... it comes down to your core, Im the most feminine being I know in a 10 mile radius at work. Like even the women are loud farting and masculine.... but they think putting some eye shadow makes them pretty.

Im over here... gelling my eyebrows into place, mineral oil dab on my eyelids, gel my eyelashes tan my eyelids and bronze my face edges, press my lips often, try to oxygenate my face to give it a rosy glow....

On a good day.

On a bad day... im doing the bald Britney.

.....

Tall guys do open doors for me.... 50 out of 50 at least. Guys kind of see me as a damsel in distress.... dont get it though.

And TODAY... a guy approach me in the rain and put his umbrella over me.... he was smiling and want to make small talk... but i was like byeeee. Im in total guy mode.

-----
Females either hate me... admire me.... or befriend me.

I was once compare to Taylor Lautner.... and Nirvana too. And Elvis. And Joaquin Phoenix.... called a ginger too. Once glamorous and my friend said I look like a gay pop star.... eh ehh he goes under one of my bromances.

"Anyone who believes what a cat tells him deserves all he gets."

...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...
