After 2 years Rebecca managed to turn on her toothbrush without help.

She was so proud!

When we can't cope, when it is all too hard, when there is no way you can go forward: turn on your toothbrush and keep going.

You can do it.

Rebecca knows you can.

That's awesome! Is this an indication of a recovery for her or a more specific victory?

Sadly no. She will never recover, but she will never stop fighting and being proud that she is.

She wanted to use her own toothbrush. That has been her goal.

That's so nice.
You know that I know exactly where you are coming from.

How I wish Jen might call. It will never happen. :'(
So long and thanks for all the fish

The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

Congratulations to her! She should take a moment to savor it. What's her next goal?
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

They say the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train. I say, climb aboard!

Sadly to be able to live at home with me. It is a dream too many bridges far <crying>

But I will try and get her home for a few hours over Easter.

I'll hope for all your dreams to come true, Cindy. You both deserve it.
