Not sure if this is the right place for this topic.  I'm FTM and welcome all answers, although I am thinking the ladies may have advice for me here.  I keep reading conflicting thing about laser and IPL hair removal. 
When I was still trying to be a girl, about 1/1/2 years ago, I had laser hair removal on my legs.   Now, on T, my thigh hair is coming in nicely, but lower leg hair is patchy and thin where it used to be thick and coarse.  Will this change over time? Grow in thicker with more T?
