get a good healthy diet, my docter recommended a mediterrain sp? diet, and then walk, walk like you have never walked before lol i started at 263 in 3 weeks i am down to 243, i walk between 10-15 miles a day, which sounds crazy but its only walking which means it doens't wear you out like running or working out hard, on top of that you can do it healthy every single day. with that you are only burning fat not building to much muscle which is perfect..... i start may 15.. dont know if this is any help but walking is amazing
