Hello all,
So I was started on low dose estradial and spiro due to a serious underlying heart condition. I began HRT exactly one month ago and did not expect to see any major results because it was such a low dose. HOWEVER, at week 3 I already had tenderness behind the nipples and today at week 4 i have a pretty big nodule behind one of them!!! When I used to raise my arms my chest would be completely flat, now there are lil mounds there lol Progress is progress.... There are subtle changes in my face especially around my eyes which seem brighter. I have also had psychological changes and some fat redistribution. I measured my self the day I started HRT right before I popped the first pill and then again today. Even though I lost ~7 lbs since starting, now weighing 120lbs 5'5" :), my bust and hips have grown 1" and 1/4" respectively while other places shrunk. Seems like evidence of redistribution to me YAYYYY  ;D When I told my endo about the tenderness and nodule even she was like "What, already???" It was so funnyy. Just goes to show that we react to HRT differently. I just hope the changes keep coming and I don't plateau for weeks like some people do.

Congrats! You may find you need to be careful of door frames, hugs and random kittens jumping on your chest for the next several months. Those things can get very tender!! ;D

Thats great you are getting such positive results  :)
I'm sure you will plateau at some point, I think every one does. So just don't get disheartened because it will pick up again afterwards. It tends to come and go.

Awesome! I started off pretty fast and furious too on a low dose, but I am on a higher dose now and loving every minute of it. :)

Thanks all for your support. It is really exciting!!! And it seems like door frames are a common enemy lol I will be sure to avoid them to the best of my ability. Yeah i figure at some point I will plateau. I just hope a lot of changes come before then :) Good to know that after a plateau changes still happen again and then the cycle continues.

Congrats girl. Looks like we started on E around the same time.  What a great club to be a member of!  I also have those little nodules behind my nipples and have a little of that pain of gain.  I am really enjoying this ride.

Congrats!! I keep hearing stories like yours (and mine) despite claims that a low dose won't be effective at all. :)

One warning - this may mean you have to speed up your transition timeline! I started on a dose low enough for a menopausal cis woman, and I still had to come out at work earlier than I planned when I was a 42C at three months.

Congrats, and goodluck, its a very interesting ride to say the very least.

Hey thanks. Yeah i was worried I wouldn't have any changes do to other peoples results, but like everyone says YMMV.

That is funny because that is one of the first things that I thought to myself. If I get 42Cs that would be great!!! But all I really want is not to be flat :) I didn't want to come out at work until the end of summer, buuuuut that may be too late. Whatever, I've always said once I have noticeable breast or face changes that I am going to go fulltime and that will also force me to be me 100% of the time. So it's a win win

Hey,
Yeah I think I will do a transition timeline thingy lol I've already been keeping track of changes. It would be nice to share with all of you and those of us who have yet to discover this wonderful site. It has been very helpful to me so maybe I can keep the knowledge/research going :)

I'd really love to see it for sure! I love watching those transition videos and timelines as well as Vblogs on YT, sooo much fun and inspiration to be found.

I don't feel comfortable doing so because I don't want my past as a male to be public to the world. I want to be as stealth as I can and just blossom as a beautiful woman to the world in a new city sometime.
