I have the information booklet from brassard
But I suspect that its a bare minimum
There has to be more considerations than what the list says
Can anyone please divulge your list or supplies you used?
Such as what to clean dilators with
Store them in what?
What kind of towels??
How many liners
I am the over cautious type and I won't feel datisofied that
I am ready until I can have every single angle snd scenario planned
For. And I mean from food to clothing self cleaning exercise bedding etc
So lets hear it from you girls please

now are you talking home then LUBE, Maxi pads, blue pads, I used antibiotic soft soap, no perfume, natural sea salt without iodine. Distilled water, baby wipes/personal wipes no perfume, many paper towels, oh did I mention lube you go thru that like water at first. For me personally I used a hanging douche bag. It was nice to allow the water to flow in a stream over a rush. Something to sanitize the bath tub.

Figure a month of not feeling much like going out so I would try to get someone to help if you need some extra supplies or food.

I made a list as well, but reality is, things are different with everyone. Eventually I rolled with the punches and came out fine. However, there are two things that saved my life: Povidone-iodine & Antibiotics.

A must-have in my opinion. I went through the Povidone-iodine rather quick as I smeared it three times a day on the wound, including the dilators. This prevented further infection, as an infection has started when I came back home.

For dilation I use coconut oil. Better than lube, and doesn't hurt as much as KY does.

Oh, and a Netflix subscription was very welcome!  ;D

I used the same but I never openly suggest it being people could die due to shell fish allergy attack.

I used it knowing I was not allergic to iodine and my mom told me the old methods that she uses for down there.

So yes and no on your suggestion.  If in doubt stay away.
