Today I was referred as "SHE"

Today my therapist gave me my letter of recommendation for the endocrinologist to start HRT, and for the first time I saw in writing in a legal document, well doctor's letter, a document in which someone had actually written "SHE" referring to me.

I know it probably has a very little meaning to most of you, but for me at 61 years old it is a milestone.  It proves that I am not crazy, that a trained professional who would not rubber stamped the letter, as she in not like that, recognized that I am a women under this baggage that I have been carrying for all of this years.

It is a new era, and the first step of many to come...
