For the past few years I've been trying to figure out what I identify as, I used to think that I identified as female, but now all I know is that it's not male.

I recently came across a term that I'd never heard before, Transfeminine.

I looked it up, and the definition I got was anyone who leans closer to female than male(even if not binary), well that's not word for word, but that's what it meant.

I made this post earlier today:https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,186644.new.html#new

One for the people who responded said that if I get hormones at my age, I might still be able to grow bigger breasts without silicone and maybe some hip growth, and I have to admit that that sounds kind of nice(I'm more interested in the possibility of hip growth than breasts though). Whatever I do I want to do it soon, and if I can get better results on hormones now, I don't want to wait until later and regret not doing it now. But I want to be sure that I actually want hormones. I do consider myself closer to female than male, and when I imagine myself being happy I do sort of look like a girl(in my fantasy). What should I do? I am probably going to have to pay for whatever I have done myself, so I will have some more time to think about it while I'm saving(not to mention looking for a job!), I just don't want to take too long deciding what to do, and than regret it later(I feel like I've lost too much time already). I was going to wait until I'm alone and try some makeup.

Is there any advice that anyone can give me? :icon_confused:

I myself only see myself as about 70-80% female. Gender is a spectrum just like orientation.

Personally I would recommend you see a therapist to help you sort out what's right for you. In many areas its a requirement for HRT anyway.
