It's taken a while , but I think I've finally conquered my fears. I've gone into my favorite hang outs in proper attire and I've sworn to myself there's no going back. It's still a little nerve racking getting use to presenting totally me though . the butterflies are ever present. I think the hormones have done a good job so, so far so good. I went into the Einstein Bagels I go to every day and sat there and finally forced myself to the counter to get coffee and I survived the ordeal. After sitting there on the internet one of the clerks came up to me and gave me a plate of donut holes .

Congratulations!

Even though it's still a little nerve wracking that has got to be a great feeling to finally have made it.

To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.

Way to go girl ! I am glad you finally stepped off the curb and found solid ground. Sometimes it takes a while for people to adjust but you look great and it should not take long.
My networking paid off on the other issue and I received some fantastic news from a very trusted source.   Congratulations on the first day of the rest of your life.  :)  Patty
