I am 6months post op now and I just noticed that whenever I am having sexual intercourse, I always bleed. At first I got really nervous so I went to my doctor the next day to figure out what was happening. He said it could be just a tiny wound opened inside so he gave me a wound healing lube  and told me to use it for the mean time. and I healed quickly after using it (walls inside from red turned pinkish again)

The weird thing is it keeps happening but the bleeding stops right after the intercourse and not like dripping continuously (I dont even notice it when dilating the next day). My partner is above average size and even if I bled down there I dont really feel something torn or wounded down there. Has anybody here has the same experience? Could this be just a granulated tissue somewhere inside that doesnt heal properly? Any thoughts of resolving this?

Just a crap shoot, but could be because you were aroused so the area was engorged with blood that caused it to be easier to bleed?

Being a guy, I'm not sure if I'm qualified to answer here, but if your partner is larger than normal, is there any way to ask him to be more gentle? I know in the heat of things thats a little hard to ask, but perhaps a different position?

This can happen to cis girls too - with big guys ;)

Procrastination is your worst enemy.

Yeah, since it's possible for stretching and friction to cause micro-tears even for cis women, I'd assume the risk would be even higher for neovaginas - which tend to be more dry and less flexible. (More like what is typical for menopausal women, and they are often warned about the possibility of slight bleeding/tearing.) Since it's not a lot of blood, it most likely is just friction causing minor chafing that oozes. Granulation tissue is something that should be easily visible with a speculum exam, so since you mention being examined by a doctor, odds are it would have been caught.

More lube. :) You can never have enough!

This is completely normal...and I speak from experience, because it happened a lot with my ex, and happens every now and again with my current.

As Jenna Marie said...you can never have enough lube! It's truly wonderful stuff  ;D
To strive to reach the apex of evolution is folly, for to achieve the pinnacle is to birth a god.

When the Stryker fires, all turn to dust in its wake.

Dear Chinee,

If you think you are past the stage where full healing should have occured by now (in terms of healing of internal issues and you are still experiencing bleeding almost every time you have intercourse), I am afraid it does not sound right.
You should seek medical advice from a specialist or your SRS surgeon. Our situation is quite different to menopausal cisgender women, we are trans women. Your issue could indicate something has not healed or is not healing. All the best.

For every girl/woman that, like me, went all the way to be ourselves as women, and in time - learn to love vaginal sex there are times, that natal girls accept usually, naturally. I've talked to many GG girlfriends. I am now just a young woman - not a trans, and early on I had some bleeding from my neo-vagina; but virgins do. I was a 'virgin' for awhile too, but I was strongly attracted to the men I dating and finally made love to.

Now, a few years later I have a steady boyfriend I hope will go further - but if you haven't heard about Monica Stewart, research her especially. I did, and followed her path to better orgasms as women, but more importantly, leave your male past behind. I love waking as a woman, taking time after showering to select my pretty feminine clothing for the day. Putting on my make-up to yes, be attractive to men, and be beautiful as I can! (etc.) I grab my purse and go to work. I love more just BEING a female, than the exclusively feminine thing we experience - as men do too.

Sex is, thing about it, a very special, but one of many experiences in being a woman that make us so. For now, listen to the other's, I no longer have that experience and in time you likely will not either. Enjoy being female!

My relationship with my Mother is strange. She was born in 'priviledge' and got pregnant with me at 17, and ran away. I was born in New Orleans. After trying to survive on other jobs, she became a dancer. I always felt, very young, I was a girl. I was babysat with daughters of other dancers and allowed to dress and play with other girls. I was diagnosed TG and at 12 began GnRH. Happily I'm now fem

Have you thought of dilating before, if that would be possible ?

Its possible according to literature that over time the neovagina will improve in lubrication...
