This guy is not my type, and nor am I attracted to him. This guy is one of my managers, and the signs I noticed that hes attractive to me is that he multiple times implied Im a virgin, and a few days ago he even had the audacity to ask if I ever masturbated. It's fine really. In a chat conversation, one of my managers jokingly said I had a Lance Bass (gay singer from a 90s boyband) poster in my room,  and he said he had a sex doll to take away the comment. Then he said "my boy" in a conversation regarding me. He touch my face once saying I had smooth skin.

He did mention transgender people (twice in my memory).... that he thought he was amusing and kind of disgusting to be with one.... BUT he could be lying

I dont flirt with this guy... it doesnt bother me, but its more on the creepy side of why??? He also agreed I was goodlooking when this female manager said I look good.

Today he text me at 2pm, about my chat messenger "avatar" but to be honest this is unusual behavior from him on a    Saturday.  It look more like an excuse of making conversation... 

Okay, attracted to you or not, he is very very creepy. I would stay away from him honestly. Seriously.

They both sound a little creepy to me (the guy more so then your manager) but maybe its a normal thing that cis-girls deal with all the time.  I always wondered what would happen when I reached the other side (of transition) and experienced what girls go through each day... would I look back at who I am now and think "no wonder I wasn't very successful with women I just wasn't playing the game right".  Regardless I would be weary of the guy he sounds really creepy.

I just hope you understand that YOU  control how people around you make you feel. More so in a formal work environment with regulations that protect you from inappropriate behavior. Stand up for yourself if that attention is truly unwanted. If you hate confrontation as much as I do that may be difficult.

If one of my managers ever asked me about masturbation I would warn him that he was way across the line and not to ever talk to me like that again. The second time it happened sexual harassment charges would be filed on him so quick it would make his head spin. You might find the attention nice, but this kind of guy harasses other girls too you realize?  You are in risky waters.. if you don't report him first, he could easily report you as soon as his mood changes.. And guess who they will believe then?  No one talks about masturbation with a good boss.. He's using his position of power over you, it's like the definition of sexual harassment.  A girl a know was fired because of the exact scenario you're describing.

^^^This....  I also would give one warning and that would be it, technically I don't think you really even have to do that much but I would for the same reasons that Eva gives:  Some people honestly don't know any better (which is ridiculous but sadly true).

It's definitely a delicate situation and it sounds like he has completely made it into one but no one deserves a hostile work environment...
