So honestly orgasm was not the most important thing on my list. I always said I'd pick a nice looking vagina and functioning (peeing correctly etc minus the orgasm) then being able to orgasm. I still would choose it before orgasming but the other day I finally did.

Now, I don't know if it's just my healing stage or the fact that I tried a new technique and actually practiced but I found what makes me orgasm. I found that toys dont help at all! I've bought many and tried countless times until I gave up. For me it was rubbing right on top of the clit in the pubic hair area.

Now, I dont gush out liquid but I get the sensation. Feels good. But if you can or having trouble, remember that many cis girls don't even achieve orgasms half the time

Congrats!! The right state of mind helps. I wish I don't gush out liquid because it was too messy lol.

Good for you GF. I enjoy sex & so hope later after my GRS that I can also climax. That would be just so great.

I can imagine that the area is traumatized, and while it may come easy to few, it's really great that you were finally able to, and I imagine that if you regularly stimulate the nerve endings then your body should start to make more sense of it and keep maintaining and developing those connections.

Yea I agree ^....honestly I didnt care if I could or not but its nice too. Actually today I "came" liquid for the first time. I guess it just takes time for things to get back to normal

Oh and it is getting better and better, just had another new level that I've never experienced before. One that was closer to the one I had involuntarily in a dream several weeks post, and it was intense. Practice makes perfect :)

congrats

Orgasms do get better with time and as your body gets use to its new wiring. I also had my first one around 5 months post op... now I am 17 months post op and my vagina functions well.. my orgasms are mind blowing and i do get wet. My depth is good too.

Before SRS I did not really care about sex.. now.. i love it and i have developed a high sex drive... luckily my boyfriend can keep up. we have a hot sex life ;)
Enjoying ride the hormones are giving me... finally becoming the woman I always knew I was

With counseling and starting GnRH at 12, I was fortunate my Mom helped me - in that way. Born in New Orleans, I was able to by 14 'obtain' female hormones, so as my breasts developed, I was "home schooled." I was able to have a fairly good girlhood. After studying my birth defect for awhile I found Monica Stewart's article on MtF orgasms. I followed that. Yes I had a head start, but still took me 7 months before manual clitoral (etc.) orgasms. Now I love vaginal sex and MOSTLY being a young woman.

To me, that is more important, the every day LIVING AS A COMPLETE WOMAN. Just saying, I like more to talk about living, work, beauty tips, fashion, MY boyfriend, etc. Living everyday as a female is my greatest joy and most times plain reality.

Hearts to all,

Michelle
My relationship with my Mother is strange. She was born in 'priviledge' and got pregnant with me at 17, and ran away. I was born in New Orleans. After trying to survive on other jobs, she became a dancer. I always felt, very young, I was a girl. I was babysat with daughters of other dancers and allowed to dress and play with other girls. I was diagnosed TG and at 12 began GnRH. Happily I'm now fem

Interesting thread :) I'm not quite 8 weeks post op and over the last 10 days I've started to notice stirrings in the clitoral region not unlike the sensation a male would get when becoming aroused. These are involuntary feelings as I'm not trying to induce them in any way. Chett advises no sex for 3 months and I am only just over half way there so I certainly won't be tempted to check out what works or doesn't work before July and only then on my own. My partner set a list of things to achieve in order that we can say the surgery is a complete 100% success and climaxing is the last one on that list I have to manage as the rest have all occurred.

I am planning another visit to Chett in November by which time I'll be close to 8 months post op and I'm hopeful that by then all is working properly then when he does the external revision I need I'll know that's the last work I need in that area :)

Girl Beyond Doubt

The same with me - I have managed to have two about 5 months after SRS, but since then I have not been able to get there.
Could please someone explain to me how this thing works? (The one between my ears, too, please!)

It must be a Brassard thing, cause that is the area I have to stimulate too. I  didn't try until a few weeks ago (surgery was in November) but I got the process down now. It does take a little while to get wet but it does get wet and when I orgasm it can get a little messy. The scars bother me a lot, but I'm pretty happy with the results so far.

Also had another major milestone this week. I went to Kohl's and bough like 10 pairs of shorty shorts, I was so proud because it represents so much hard work and sacrifice and now it is paying off!! :)

Nice, I had gone into this accepting I'd never be able to orgasm, I had a orgasm in my sleep at 7 weeks was so happy. Not quite ready while I'm awake yet but hopefully soon.
I will touch a 100 flowers and not pick one.
