Travelling last Friday so missed my post, but back home now. 

Before going over to see my girlfriend I had a bit too much to eat yesterday.  Oh so bad. I was still 209 on Wednesday.

I actually was at 208 several times this week but things went array yesterday when I cooked a couple big steaks for lunch with my girlfriend.  So good, but so wrong.

I stand 5'8". I've had a battle at 140lbs for quite a while. Today I weighed myself and I have been the lowest since I started my current HRT meds more than 5 years ago...

I've been exhausted for the past week and had some kind of stomach sickness that was a contributor to my weight loss. Not the healthy way to lose weight but I'll take it.

It's difficult to loose weight when I can't even control eating fruit several time a day.  And other than shoveling dirt behind a retaining wall there just hasn't been heavy labor type work in three weeks. My girlfriend, Renee and I have plans to walk several miles a day and then start light jogging if we get in shape, but other things get in the way (her 8 to 5 job with almost daily unpaid overtime). But then I'm living and working at my wife's house 15 miles down the highway towards SF, so it's not always easy to get together on a schedule. Renee is also overweight, but has a very feminine body type and it make me jealous, yet I can't wait to be seeing the slender woman she's got some pretty big plans to be.  I've asked if she wants to join this thread ... no reply yet.
