Every single thing that you do online or off leaves a trail, so getting proof of guilt is easy. I can prove false statements are false, i also think we can prove defamation and intentional malice.

Tennessee courts take these types of cases very seriously...
A person may be liable to the victim of malicious harassment for both special and general damages, including, but not limited to, damages for emotional distress, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, and punitive damages.
Even if you are underage, you won't be able to escape justice; as I will simply go after your parents instead. While you and your teenage buddies may think my rules are unreasonable, a court of law will not agree with you.
I don't begrudge people with legitimate personal complaints about my site voicing them, when and where ever they like, however many of the recent attacks posted on other websites in the last few months have not had the slightest truth or legitimacy at all. They are blatantly, maliciously, and intentionally false and/or misleading.
That being said, I would recommend that anyone who has posted anything that is untrue or misleading, that they are not fully prepared to defend in a Tennessee court, delete it within the next couple of months; because sooner or later this is going to end up there. Your doing so now, on your own, might well mean you are not one of the people sitting there in the defendant's box when that time comes.
I have had just about enough.
