Hi everyone,
My name is Alice, and I am a 22 year old MTF who started hormones just this New Years(between 2014 and 2015). I kinda felt like there was something wrong with conforming to the male gender role since middle school, but the feelings only got strong enough for me to start physical transition this year, my senior year at UC Berkeley. It may have been the slow but steady physical development into being more male than I wanted to be that triggered the decision to start.
I feel very blessed to be at UC Berkeley, where everyone is very socially liberal and accepting of people like me. I also feel blessed to have found this mutual support forum which has a lot of answers I have been looking for. I look forward to sharing a space with you and learning.
