Hello, I was just wondering. When do biological males usually stop growing?
I'm 18 an and can't be much taller than 5,6, and I don't think I've grown much since I was 16 years and about 10 months old, and my dad and grandpa are both shorter than me!
And most child height calculators that I've used say that 5,6 is as tall as I'll get, but they usually also say that it's just a prediction and that there are many factors.
Some sources say than it usually stops at about 17-19, but others say 22-24.
Also some people say that exercise causes you to grow, but others say it's not a factor.
I'm also trying to lose about 38 pounds and was going to start exercising in addition to cutting calories, but if there is a chance that I'll gain height than I think I'll just stick to cutting calories until I get hormones/blockers, I'd like to have them by July or early August, but at the rate things are going, I'll probably be lucky to have them before October.
I'm relieved to be under 6 feet and thrilled to be this much so, and I'd like to stay this way.
When does it usually stop without hormones/blockers?
Thank you for your time.
