6'1" can heels ever be an option for me?

As the title says I'm 6'1" which for a woman I understand is already very tall... Does anyone think that I'll be able to get away with wearing some small heels at all?

Or will a towering woman be a little too much? :/

Thank you

Many men like tall women!

Average model is around 6'

Hey just be yourself and rejoice.

A long legged girl in a cute skirt and high heels will stop the world!!

I too look really tall with my 4 inch heels......topping out at about 6' 3".   Along with my height, i have broad shoulders and big arms which goes against the feminine look.  The result of many years of hard labouring and while my health has been good because of my outdoor life, my past lifestyle does not help look feminine.....just a thought.   Bronwyn

I am 6' and sometimes wear 4 or 5 inch high heels.
Yes. Nearly everybody in the street watches me, I am sure.

As Cindy stated, many men like tall women. Yesterday, I spoke with a lovely trans woman who was about 6'3 or 6'4. If I wear three inch heels I'm six feet tall.

Celebrities like Nicole Kidman and Elle McPherson are 5'11" or more and wear heels all the time. Actually, Nicole did take a break from them during her marriage to Tom Cruise, but the she started wearing heels again. Avoid marrying a short guy. ;)

My aunt is a transwoman who stands at 6'5" and wears heels if she feels like it. It's one of those things where you just sometimes say to yourself "I want to" and put aside those concerns that hold you back from doing what you want.

I certainly don't want to be difficult or go against the grain.  However,  I think heels are often overrated.  There are acceptable ways of expressing your femininity in footwear without wearing heels.  Given your height you may wish to check out the variety of styles in flats or a modest heel.

I'm 6'3" and depending on my mood and choice of jeans, I love to wear heels of up to 3 to 4".  I really don't worry any longer what people think.  :)  Sarah

The right 3 inch heel can actually do wonders in hiding bigger feet too, so yay!

Shoulders back, head up, stride with confidence and you can wear just about anything.  ;D

Couldn't agree more. 6 ft 2 ins. Mostly wear a 3 inch heel as that looks elegant - but is also (for me) comfortable and really easy to wear.
Looking forward to the next surprise!x

I just watched an ep of Wil Wheaton's Tabletop web series featuring the beautiful actress Aisha Tyler (best known for her time on "Friends"). Looking her up I see she's 6' tall and often wears high heels. I found a great shot of her in what must be 5" heels:

my friend is a cisgender woman who is 6'4" and wears heels and doesn't get weird looks. sure, guys might like tall women but you're doing it for you, not men. be confident in what you wear then you won't care who looks at you, right? you feel good because you look good.
