I am on a verge of a meltdown.... today had to deal with the police because my company vehicle had a broken window.... I am stressed beyond normal, couldnt even function. Then yesterday, broken my phone, bought a new one... my life is becoming too much.... i didnt even enjoy my weekend.

I dont want to sleep either because tomorrow looks ugly.

I was talking to myself a lot today too.

Hey!  Hope you feel better soon!  Just think about how far you've come (I presume, heh, don't really know you), and then remember it's only one weekend.  All most of us can do is take things one day at a time, one challenge at a time.  Even if they stack up and seem insurmountable, just start knocking 'em out one at a time.  It's all anyone can really do.  You'll get through that stack eventually and have clear skies again soon enough.

personally , I really think you would benefit to talk to someone on your side. some kind of counselor . I know I would of never made it this far in life without talking things out with someone, actually I've had quite a lot of counseling and I've gotten to a good place. love Stephanie

Rest, exercise, chocolate and music are good to help you feel better.

If you need to talk to someone and then use a help line.

I hope you are doing better today.
