Well, I don't know about Korea, but in my part of the US, fishnet stockings and stocking tops that show like you wear are pretty rarely seen on anyone in my range of activity. Here that look is kind of like carrying a big sign that says either "prostitute" or "crossdresser". The look did attain some mainstream acceptance after the "punk" rock period (the '80s?), but I think that's pretty much passed now.
That said, your combining of fishnets, sexy cut-out stocking tops and short skirts with otherwise more reserved upper wear is an interesting signature look that seems to work for you. I'm sure your fishnets are a frequent topic of conversation when you are not around, though. Hey, you are who you are.
Yes. Fishnet is very unusual here, but is a trend among TV entertainers here. When I visited Japan, I noticed that more women in the street were wearing fishnet.
Also, some brave and independent women here do wear fishnet, and sometimes post their selfies in Facebook, which encouraged me to wear fishnet in the street.
Fortunately, I have not yet received any negative comment on my wearing fishnet. Aged women commented that I look sexy, or asked whether it is a special day for me. Interestingly, men seldom comment on it. But when I showed my wearing fishnet at the first time, some of my male friends seemed to be excited, commenting that I look sensual even though they do know I am biologically a man.
Yes. My feeling is that people around me do not dislike my wearing fishnet. However, I refrain from wearing fishnet during the class.
Anyway, I am going to wear it more frequently.
