Today has been one of the best days since starting this journey and just wanted to share with others who understand ... I finally got my appointment for beginning hrt for July 29th and if that wasn't exciting enough the bank came through and I got approved for a loan so I will be able to go for top surgery!  My consultation is May 28th (day after my birthday so I think it's a pretty awesome birthday present) and then it sounds like I could be in for surgery as soon as June 18th! I'm so excited (and a little nervous) I can't believe it's all finally coming together!

That's so awesome, dude! I saw a therapist today that should be able to get me a letter to get started on HRT, eventually.

Right on! It's exciting to get the ball rolling so to speak!
