1. You can roll up a knee-high sock to a pretty decent bulge. I could describe that to you better if you're interested.

Roll up a sock (different length socks for different sizes) Theres also some people who say something about hair gel in a condom? But that might be a bit weird and heaven forbid it pops in your pants.

Look up Andrew Christian Shock Jock underwear. They're underwear with a pouch and have a foam insert to give a bulge.
