I used to have issues with that as a child. Then i started drinking herbal tea, which really helped me. Now it seems to be the opposite. I sleep all too well and too early.
Why? Here's what I suspect:
i suffer from depression. depression often brings with it a lack of energy.
Here's me drinking way more caffeine than healthy, being too wired to notice that effect.
Aaand here's me drinking way less caffeine than usual, finally noticing and suffering from a lack of energy.
Seriously, i can't enjoy my weekends or holidays all that much, as i sleep much of the day and get tired early (at 10-10:30 PM).
