Currently I have a white underworks binder, and I feel like I can never wear white shirts anymore because it always shows up under my shirt. I was thinking a beige/nude one may not be as noticeable, but I don't know if the outline would still be visible. Has anyone had any luck with this?

I never wear white shirts because of this. Majority if the time I only wear black T shirts, once in a while a gray one. I'm sure layering Tshirts would help, but that's just uncomfortable to me so I never do. I think that may be the only option for white T's, the tend to show all outlines.
Another reason why black is great, it hides everything much better than any other color.

Yep.  I pretty much avoid white. The nude binder is a good idea.  Since binding material doesn't really fray, you might be able to just cut off the seams around the neckline and arms so you don't get the lines and shadows so much.

T made me sweaty, so I've been avoiding anything that isn't black or navy simply because of that.

If it isn't too hot where you live, maybe add another layer between the binder and your top layer. I would wear a tanktop in between. It smoothed out the binder lines.

I usually wear an athletic shirt between my binder and regular shirt. It's made of a really smooth mandmade fabric, so the top layer doesn't stick to it, and it helps smooth out any lines.

By athletic shirt, do you mean compression shirt? I've been thinking about investing in one of those but I don't know if it'll really make a difference. I don't know if it's just my binder or what, but I can never get completely flat and my shirt tends to bunch up under my chest so it just ends up still looking like I've got something there.

I think it's just called a training tee, and I haven't noticed it compressing much: it's made my a company called Champion and sold at Target, I believe. Maybe if you google 'Champion C9 Activewear' you could find it cheaper on Amazon?
