To any girls who live in or around the Philadelphia area who have had permanent hair removal, where'd you have it done and were you happy with the experience? Right now as I'm mapping out my transition plans I'm looking to see if there is a place people like the most. Only because i don't wanna just pick a place and go there just because it's cheaper or easier to get to than another.

It'll also be best if i could get a place that's trans friendly and has a lot of experience with trans people partly because i want the facial hair permanently gone along with my 5 oclock shadow and i do want hair removed from other areas I'm too embarrassed to describe.

Mazzoni Center, plain and simple. If you're trans, live in Philly, and you're not already getting your health care there, you're really missing out. And being that it's the TBLG clinic and all, you get a fat discount on laser services. Oh! And the doctor who does the treatments is an absolute DOLL!
