I really need help. I bought the reelmagik basic packer and I have no idea on how to position it on my body. Does it sit on the pubic bone or below. Please help, I haven't really had any experience with bio guys anatomy. Is there a video or something that can show me exactly where to position it? I don't want to do it the wrong way.

Just google image search pictures of nude cis guys, and compare their anatomy position to how you position your packer. It should rest on top/slightly below the pubic bone, but not underneath you.

As far as something to have sex with that's not thicker than your arm... I think that is basically any dildo or prosthetic. Something that thick would be more of a "specialty" item

"Specialty" item? Do they not make any that's smaller because if I go to have sex, I don't want to feel awkward being 5'6 and weighing only 102 pounds with a dick that has more girth than my arm. Lol.

I mean that the average dildo/prosthetic is NOT going to be thicker than your arm.
Something that IS that thick would be a specialty item. Not many people would buy something that thick.

You can make your own, you can find several DIY tutorials online with a quick google search. I don't know of any off the top of my head as I use a harness because if gives me better control. Underwear alone would not hold everything in place.

I've been having issues with placement as well, I'm just trying what's comfortable. As for a harness though, I saw someone post this in a thread, and it works great: http://www.ftmguide.org/images/simpleharness.pdf
I just use a couple shoestrings and it stays there all day.
