"Bad judges" upholding bans on "ex-gay" therapy are "cooperating with the demonic spirit inside of the homosexual addict," says antigay preacher and Colorado state legislator Gordon Klingenschmitt in his latest rant

Just to give the pro-conversion therapy side their equal say.

I've actually had a preacher screaming in my face about giving up the delusion of being transgender and quit giving way to satan's influence.

And this guy is a state rep in Colorado. Yeesh!

One time when I was young some church people decided I was a lesbian and tried to purge the demons from me with a lot of yelling and invoking the name of Jesus. It was unpleasant and it wouldn't have worked even if I was all about it.

Thanks for posting this Traci. I listened to video. What struck me is that the guy is sincere. I don't think he's trying to spread hate in the name of power. I think he actually believes that banning CT is preventing "sinners" from getting help.

Like you, I believe that it's a viewpoint that we should be willing to hear, whether we agree or no.
