Depending on how long after FFS your return flight is your likely to be a male-fail at the airport but you could look like a woman who was recently beat up or mugged instead of the super feminine super model we all wish we were in our dreams.  I think you will do well and be very happy with the results because you seem to have realistic expectations.

I will be flying back 17 days after the sugery. I'd be totally fine with looking like the super feminine super model that was recently beat up and mugged if it means I get that super sexy look back once I'm healed  >:-)

A girl can dream! I'm not super confident, just hopeful. Honnestly, anything will be better than my present face, but I still hope for the best (and for male fail forever!)

Now it's exactly 1 week before I fly to Argentina. All my savings are gone (and the money I borrowed is gone too!) and I've never felt so happy and anxious at once.

Oh and by the way, my new fear is losing my passport lol

Don't say that.  :-)

In April I drove to El Paso, TX with my partner because she had dental implant work scheduled at a clinic in Juarez, Chihuahua, MX.  We were almost there, Las Cruces, NM and realized we left our passports at home.  We turned around, drove 200 miles home then back again so we could make the appt the next morning.  What was a leisurely 220 miles drive, with some good New Mexican food in La Mesa, NM turned into an epic 620 mile drive that got us into El Paso about 5 hours before the appt.

Have a safe trip and may it be uneventful.

Uneventful, yes. I just want to get there and get the FFS done.

Oh and today with my funny hat I was madamed for breakfast. No dress or makeup, just a shirt maybe too tight and showing some boobage, and a funny hat hiding the top of my face from a certain angle. I felt so happy!!

I have simple wishes - like for the exact same thing to happen even without a hat, all the time. And huh a sexy look too  :D

I'm so counting the days!! And I'll sleep with my passport under my pillow. Can't let anything bad happen!!

Right if you wake up in the middle of the night and there is a fire in your house grab the passport and plain tickets and get out... don't worry about your lack of clothing until later :P

Your excitement is making me all excited :) I'm leaving for Buenos Aires next Thursday. Maybe we will meet up. I have sinus cold though, oh no! I hope it goes away so I can have my surgery safely. I'm worried too.

Ruby, go see your doctor ASAP! If your doctor does not want to prescribe antibiotics even with the upcoming surgery,  if you have had sinusitis before and know which antibiotics you tolerate well and at which dose, google for "fish meds".

I mean, FFS is so important! You can't let a sinusitis prevent you from having surgery!! If there is a fire, I will indeed grab my passport and the xrays - I can always reprint the plane tickets :) But I'm sure I'll be having nightmare about sinusitis tonight!!

Maybe we'll meet in Buenos Aires? I will be there next week too, but first I will have a consult with Dr DiMaggio. PM me when you're there!

I wish I could get a doctor's visit for some antibiotics but its too late; I'm leaving before an available appointment. But I feel better already luckily.  I was worried about my passport too actually, had a close call, almost had it rejected for a weird reason.

I'll PM you, when I'm feeling better after the surgery. I'll be there until June 24th. But I can't wait to see  your thread, granted you decide to post with pictures and all that like I am.

On amazon fishmox (now called amox) gets delivered in 2 days with prime, and can be overnighted if you can pay for that!

Anyway, I'll leave Argentina on June 17 so we can meet there! About pics, I'll see. I mean, if the result is good, yes I'll be happy to post pics many pics!!

It's all going to be in my head, but if I see a real girl face when I wake up, I'll be posting since day 1  ;D

But maybe I do have too high (unrealistic?) expectations: passing all the time without makeup. I pray it will be possible. I hope I will look too feminine, male-fail even at the passport control on the return flight  ;D Well, I can dream. I will see.  I don't know how possible it will be. Even if I'm not Andre The Giant, I have a bony face. But when I decided for FFS, I though very simply that it would be even less possible without FFS.

If it helps you I seem to pass without make up or FFS I'd say most of the time my partner says all the time so I think once you've done the surgery you should be well on your way :)

It all went well. I'm back to using my computer today. I could barely use the phone before.

My vision is not good at the moment, so I kinda worried after being shown the post surgery picture. I was reassured friends who said it looked good, and indeed when I could finally see it clearly, the result is great.

At the moment I am recovering. I'm still swollen but one thing is sure: no regrets whatsoever for me.

Even the beaten up face is better than the old face. I know I reached the bottom and it can only improve now. I look terrible. I can only hope to have a bit of prettyness. But at least, whenever I cross a mirror, I see myself. Even when it's not blurry- hello it's me, like all the time!!

I remember how amazed I was when I saw myself in the mirror after surgery; there was a lot of swelling and bruising, and the stiches in my hairline looked strange, but I could tell that I definitely looked female, and I was extremely happy.
