For results you might have a look here:
https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,163095.msg1409029.html#msg1409029

the pics are older...
and on the first page of the thread people talk about aesthetics.

And here are some guidelines for letters:

I believe Brassard actually requires two letters, not just two signatures. Yes, written in English is fine (mine was). I'm afraid I don't have - really, never got - copies of my letters, but he lists on the web site the details that the letters must contain.

My wife and I used the recommended B & B, and it was quite nice.

I don't feel comfortable sharing pictures of my genitals online, but I do have a thorough review of my experience if you want me to repost it.

Good luck!

You can try searching for "Brassard GRS."

http://www.grsmontreal.com/anglais.html "male to female" tab, "criteria for eligibility." The font is kinda awful, but it's readable, and there's a list of requirements.

Ok, so its look like u can have 1 letter with 2 signatures. I think i will ask my psychologist who specialise in ts to write the letter, and i will also get 2 sigatures from psychiatrist and my endo (who specialize in ts). So i will have 1 letter with 3 signatures, should be fine

Well, it says one letter with two signatures is OK if the mental health professionals report to and work with a team that includes both mental health people and "nonpsychiatric physicians." I'd ask the office just to double-check before submitting just one.

Also, at least when I went three years ago, they did require a separate letter from the endo addressing HRT etc. so that might still be necessary too. It was listed in the official application packet.
