Hello! General question here to all who use chest binders; has anyone else noticed feeling hungry more frequently and more intensely when binding?

Even after eating a large dinner, I feel hungry more often if I eat whilst binding, and was wondering if this is normal or just my body being odd. I've not started T yet but been binding for 5+ years, and I've noticed this many times and always wondered if others get the same thing.

if your binder is tight around the stomach you may be getting the same effect a woman can get from a corset, its squeezing your stomach meaning you feel full much faster but there is less food in you so you need to eat more often.
