Hello,

I haven't posted here in a while and I was wondering about meta for someone who is overweight. I'm 5'1 and around 220 I understand I'll have to lose some weight. I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with McGinn. I'm on the east coast and I heard she is good, but I'm not a thin guy. Would it be better if I went to the west coast? Thoughts?

Were you looking for urinary hookup?  That is where the problem comes into play when you are overweight, from what I understand.

From what I have seen on her website, she is NOT the person to go to for these type of procedures for a big person, even if they lose weight, unless it is a considerable amount.  She requires her meta patients to habe a BMI of less than 28, which for your size is somewhere around the 145 mark from one BMI chart I just took a look at. Personally, I like Dr. Crane's results the best in the U.S., but I say go to the person whose results you like the best though and plan accordingly.
