I'm 25, and I always looked younger than my age while presenting male (most guessed me as 20-22ish). Since starting HRT, if I am presenting as male (still not out full time at my jobs yet), most people have no clue I am 25. They think I'm 18 or so now. I suspect when I start presenting full time people will guess I'm closer to my actual age.

Early in HRT a guy said I looked like a teenager and wanted to know my secret to looking young. He told me whatever it is I should bottle it and sell it. I told him after I came out later that the pharmacy already does that.
