ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - A federal lawsuit alleges a Minnesota company subjected a transgender employee to sex discrimination.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed the suit Friday against Shoreview-based Deluxe Financial Services Corp.

The EEOC better win. If they lose, lack of protection will be codified in precedent and companies will be emboldened to discriminate and harass us.
