That said, I'm a woman. Just one who likes to tiptoe the lines of gender expression.

Well, I'm kinda the contrary of you Ikate, I'm quite androgynous/non gendered in the way I feel or act, but I prefer presenting as a boy.
So I guess everything is possible

I tend to prefer unisex or androgynous clothing these days too Kate.  If I want to I can dress femme if the occasion demands it, but for everyday life jeans, a hoodie and tee shirt do me just fine.  Living in a farming district as I do most women around here dress in completely practical clothing and makeup is rarely seen which means I fit in just fine.
Another thing about small towns is that most folk know my name so the question of being addressed as 'sir' or 'mam' doesn't arise all that often.  I don't like gendered titles either.

I don't know that I feel exactly the same as you, I tend to present as androgynous male, and I often identify feminine...that said, I'm genderfluid, and I do sometimes still identify masculine, or something in-between ,or both, or neither, but mostly feminine...

Interestingly, I'm sort of the opposite. I feel my identity is non-binary, maybe genderfluid, but the way I want to express that is with a fairly feminine expression. (My current expression is on the masculine side, though)
I've always been drawn to people with non-binary expression, though. I don't know why, but it's always appealed to me, especially when it comes to clothing.
