These last few days have been utter torture for me!!!!

received questionnaire from Dr. Brassards office a couple of weeks ago, mailed it out like the next day. I've received an email from them last week saying that they have my questionnaire the already have my confirmation that my province will be paying for the surgery and file is being reviewed.
So i know everything is there and that they're working on it but I just can't stand the waiting for them to tell me what my surgery date will be!!!!

When it comes to things that I want to get done I tend to get extremely focused on it and try to get it done as fast as possible. I have a tendancy to want to control the whole thing and i know i can't control this but its driving me crazy!!!!

gaaaahhhhhh!! Just need to vent cause its all I can think about right now

Second: Get used to it.  Ugh, Brassard's front office drives me insane.  I have never seen any place run like that.  Apparently it will get done, but there is very little reassurance to the patient that things are in order and they lack verbosity --to a fault-- in their responses. 
Hang in there.

Yeah I've read all the stories about the front office. I've been being a bit proactive in sending emails to make sure they have what they need and I'm sure suzanne is probably starting to get a bit annoyed with me but its the only feeling of control i can get out this wait!

Well, just like I said, "Apparently it will get done".  I got my info packet in the mail yesterday.  It would have been nice if Suzanne had told me there were two separate packets coming.  One with my contract, and one with the conf. ltr. and all the info.  Ugh.  That is what I mean by driving me insane.  Doesn't she know that I am totally neurotic about this stuff?!!  LOL  Anyway, hang in there, they will eventually get to you, girl.
