Hey guys so I'm about a month and a half on Testosterone (I get a weekly injection), I do work out some, and I've noticed changes for sure, but I was just wondering if any of you have actually taken a testosterone booster supplement alongside your ACTUAL testosterone, and if it has seemed to boost the effects, if any at all. Thanks!

My personal opinion is don't waste your money.

Your doctor's job is to monitor your T levels as per what you've been prescribed. If you're boosting it, however frequently or infrequently, you're completely messing with your levels, effects, and body's overall reaction to testosterone. My advice? Leave it be. I know it can seem frustrating, not seeing instantaneous results or at least the ones you were most excited for, but a month in there's really no telling what results you could be in store for, just around the corner, if you give it a little more time. If you overdo it, your body will just convert the extra T to estrogen and you'll end up feminising yourself instead of promoting your inner man.

Also yeah, like Kat mentioned, most of those supps are probably BS anyway. They might say something like "100% REAL Testosterone!" or something ridiculous but most of it is probably filler, additives, and placebo (fake, mentally 'induced' results).

Just a reminder, too much testosterone can cancel itself out and cause it to turn back into estrogen. I'd let your dose of t take its natural course. :D I know you'd like to see changes quickly, don't worry, you'll get there. It's just gonna take some some.

if u are on testosterone u dont need a booster....if your levels aren't good your Endo will adjust your T dose....u could be on too little or too much
I wasn't holding it open for you, who holds the door open for a man?!?

also a month and 1/2 is nothing....im 5 years into it and my changes have been slower than most guys....but i know guys who have been on T 10-15 years who are still growing more facial and body hair

I agree with others.Take the dose that Endo prescribed.Be patient...some changes need more time. Also yes, there's an enzyme(aromatase) mostly in fat cells(adipose tissue) that'll convert additional testosterone to estrogen..
If you're concerned about bottom surgery..You can ask Endo about topical cream for clitoris...but all additional sources of testosterone should be taken into account.
