As many of you know, I ended up in a disaster with Chettawut as 4INCH and realistically speaking dilator No.4 enters only uptill 3inch even till now. He couldn't dig further cos of I dunno what story which was never clear till now.

1 year post-op my vagina is still non-functional. Thanks god I manage to make guys think they are doing it in front when in fact they are doing anal with me without realizing. I have my secrets how I do that but anyways...The good thing is aesthetically it's perfect and I have nothing to complain, I have great clitoral sensation when guys do oral on me however I can orgasm only I stimulate myself with my own fingers. I still don't understand how other girls with other surgeons have 'vaginal orgasm' (not clitoral orgasm)

I created this thread just know whether ALL other Chett girls can have NORMAL SEXUAL INTERCOURSE cos I have another friend who is 4 months post op who ended up with 5INCH (same weird unclear story as me) and dilator 4 is entering only 4inch.

Other Chett girls having problem of this sort or you can all penetrate normally your full 6inch depth with the dilator No.4 and have normal sexual intercourse with a man with no problem?

I'm a Biner girl... Yes a pioneer of sorts. I think four inches is about right for me too. My husband of 24 years just left me for a "real woman" so I'm thinking I'll switch teams. Or not.

From other postings, one or two people reported there were problems with colon scarring and the vaginal canal was not made very long.

(One possible reason given was heavy anal sex a while before operation.)

Imo it is possible the tissue in there is stretched to create a cavity.

Maybe this could be talked through before the operation, talking about the risks and maybe rather taking the risks than a shorter canal.
Or maybe a more lenghty operation with an added fee.

There are a few surgeons who offer deepening, for example

and there should be others... an inquiry might be possible...

Another option would be asking the gyn for estrogen cream to soften the skin, and dilate.

You can find more than enough similar stories from Chettawut patients... Adhesions can happen from various reasons, although he will find excuse and blame you for having anal sex. Here's the thing, the moment when he sees the problem, he chooses to ignore it instead of resolve it, and create the 3-4 inch neovaginal depth (despite the fact you could easily have 6inch depth if he would bother to create needed space...). You won't hear about this happening with dr. Suporn, or dr. Brassard, or dr. Bowers, or dr. Meltzer, or any other well known SRS surgeons, BECAUSE they resolve the problem with adhesions despite the danger of possible complications and do their best to safely create the needed space. Or you can simply blame the patient, say it was their fault and waste all the material to create 3-4 inch neovagina.

OMG you're so right. It's exactly what he told me that I had too frequent anal sex before srs. OMG on one side I so regret having gone with Chett but on the other side I had no choice, the others were out of my reach financialwise at that time, I could have waited longer but my dysphoria was TOO HIGH borderline suicidal thoughts.

Oh thanks a lot. Someone told me the same thing before. I tried to contact Bowers but she wouldn't reply. How much costs that deepening surgery anyways? I hope it's not another 9000$ omg. You have any idea?

I cannot tell you but it seems with some surgeons its a longer surgery.
