I haven't seen a post anywhere about this unless I overlooked it. I figured this would be great for people who may be looking for a job and are a bit nervous due to transitioning. Anyways if you work for a trans friendly company post it here . I'll get the ball rolling:

H&M- Clothing Retail
I've been with the company going on 8 years in October. I started Testosterone almost 2 years ago. Everyone I have worked with has been supportive of me and have tried their best with pronouns. They also got my new name down pretty well too. I also traveled around to different stores so I had to deal with a lot of different people. I mean not everyone understood what was going on with me and some people still to this day call me she. But it's whatever it's going to happen and you can't change that.

The company has amazing benefits with Cigna and they cover transgender surgery (I paid out of pocket but filed a claim, I'm sure they will cover all of it.) The pay is also pretty great compared to most companies. The nice thing too is there is room to grow and move up. I mean every job has their politics and you'll hate it every now and then but in general this is a pretty great company.

The vacation time is great, you get a nice discount, and the cool part is your birthday is considered a paid holiday. There was a time where the company screwed up and people did not receive their paychecks on time. They bought every store food to fill up their fridges and even paid anyone back who over drafted their accounts because they had to pay bills. On top of that they gave everyone a paid day off for the mistake!

The HRC - Human Rights Campaign website is a great place to start. They publish an annual report of LGBT friendly companies. About two thirds of the Fortune 500 offer transition benefits and they also list smaller companies which also offer benefits.

This thread was a good help to me.  I would like to find a trans-friendly job in the future.

JPMorgan chase is an excellent company to work for. They are big on diversity. I transitioned on the job and it was seamless. I'm even completely stealth with no issues of outing.

Zach JPMChase may be good for diversity, but for some fields they're terrible. Ten years ago I worked in IT for foreign exchange trading. I developed a reporting system that allowed reports to be generated, scheduled or on demand and be delivered by email, fax, printing or downloaded from a web page in any JPMChase office world wide. When that was complete and stable they outsourced our whole department. That probably saved the bank enough money to pay the bonus for one trader that year. Then they bothered me for the next year every three months because they refused to maintain the system or read the documentation.

I don't know if they still to it but during acquisitions they used to throw management of IT to the acquired bank's management as a bone.

I work for an international hospitality consulting company (if anyone is interested, PM me for the name). We work with bars and restaurants to make them more profitable. If you've ever seen the show Bar Rescue, that's what I do everyday. Every office will be a little bit different because they're franchises, but the DC office is very trans-friendly. My transition has been seamless and I've had lots of support here and from corporate staff.

I will likely end up needing to find a new job as well.

If you're referring to the corporate equality index, Zach, our issues are addressed in it. I was reasonably happy to see that my new employer got a 90/100. They don't provide trans care in their insurance, but since they provide insurance to only a small percentage of staff that's pretty meaningless. And, yes, I went into it knowing that insurance was unlikely.
