first, you will not develop a wider pelvis, but you will deposit some fat (usually not much) on what hips you have. Your butt will bubble, breasts will develop, and the fat on the rest of your body will increase in some areas and decrease in others, in a gender-appropriate manner. Your face, in particular, will become rounder, softer, more feminine. Your muscle mass body-wide will decrease dramatically.
Your diet should be sensible, like all women, your intake should be less than the typical man your height, weight, and age. Eat lots of fresh veggies and fruits, including tomatoes (processed is best). Eat enough lean meat. Low Fat. Then, once a week, cheat!
