Hi Ritu Tyagi, welcome to Susan's Place! These matters should be taken up with your doctor, of course. It sounds like you know our rules, here are some other helpful links to get you started. See you around the site!

Ms Grace

Hi, welcome to the forum. It sounds like you might be self medicating? If you are please keep in mind this is dangerous and you really should have medical supervision. One of the reasons we can't give you advice is because we do not know your current physical condition, your health or health history etc. anything we say would be completely stabs in the dark and potentially harmful for you. Every person is different and there is no standard safe dose of HRT that anyone cane can take, discussion with a medical professional or endocrinologist is the best and safest option.
