So.

After realizing that my STP was a bit too light in M15, I sold it and decided to go with M16, instead.  Looking at the prosthetic though...I think they gave me an M17 by mistake?  I'm comparing it with the skintone samples I ordered and it's visibly different...and I'm not even talking about the shaded side, like on the back where it's just plain? It's totally, totally not the color I believed I was ordering.

Sigh. 

I'm so tired of this.  How hard is it just to get a dick that looks like it belongs to me? Literally nothing makes me feel as dysphoric as this.

Also like. How are there only three darker tones out of 17? HOW.

Sry to hear about your 2nd attempt. Do you mind posting a pic of it? I got the RM stp M16. I can maybe compare the two.

I see the tone difference between the two. At first I got the 8" in M13 and sent it back because it was too light. And the sample was completely off as well. I suggested that when they make the samples, the samples should reflect the finished tone. This may cost more for the samples, but we then will get a better idea of what we are purchasing. Especially because finding the correct tone for poc is more difficult. Judging by the tone of the balls, I'd say it is the M16.

You should definitely contact them...they have awesome customer service and I'm sure they will try to help you. They are one of the best in the business when it comes to customer service (not to mention the quality of their products). Hope you get it resolved:)

Wrote out an email last night and they literally called me this afternoon. They're rushing out another prosthetic in a lighter shade of M16 tomorrow, and including a shipping label for the old one.

Sorry the color thing didn't work out again man. I'm still.waiting for mine..same order but I'm much darker than you. Thanks for posting the pic. I think it should be close enough with the darker version. Let us know how the revised coloring works out

The short version is that they were very accommodating.  They even called me to apologize.  They sent the new prosthetic ASAP and covered return shipping for the old one.

The new one is the same base tone with different highlights, and it really is much lighter.  Still not sure if it's the best match for me (maybe a darker version of M15 would be better?), but it's closer than the other two that I've had.

I'm trying really hard not to be too obsessive about it.

I got banned on my other account without a warning for posting my personal review about the Peecock prosthetic that I bought. I have no idea what I did wrong?
I tried to help other FTM's who are struggling wether to buy or not to buy this prosthetic.
This forum has helped me out alot with my decision on buying packers STP's etc...

I know! The variation is insane...no idea how anyone really orders the right shade just by guessing.

The adhesive I haven't tried yet, mostly because the positioning is super hard for me.  I'm a bigger person-big thighs, big stomach- so I have to wear it so that either the tab gets in the way or the testicles don't really rest where they should. It's not as big of a deal since I'm not STPing yet, but I can see it getting annoying in the future.  Maybe I just need to work with it/get or make better undies?
