I have question about m2f lactation, today after my partner was playng with my breasts i start lactating, it was first time when something like that happens and i don't know if i should worry about that or not.
It stops like 15 minutes after she stops and its fine now but i still get that "weird" feeling in my breasts.

Yes, it can happen. If you find it unpleasant though you might want to ask your partner to avoid nipple play for a while.

Thank you.
So nothing to worry about :-)

Correct, it's nothing to worry about. I haven't had it, but as Grace said it can happen. Hugs

Lactation isn't talked about much, but is still fairly common with HRT.  And I'd consider you quite lucky.

Lactation = One of my greatest desires.
First is GCS, second is family acceptance, third is love, and then comes my own breast milk. ;)

I get a few drops every now and then, but mostly after intense play with my girlfriend. About once a year I actively work at starting it up, but worry I'm too old, and that former nipple piercings have damaged some of the ducts.  :P

I'm quite interested about this topic, around which time do people experience this? (I know, YMMW)
Lets just say my nipples are attended to well. I'm almost 10 months into my HRT and I have not experienced lactation.
I would think it would be around the 2 year mark when the breasts have reached somewhat their maximum natural size?
:)

It took about two years before I got a few drops on a regular basis, but making time every few hours for the suggested massage and pumping isn't practical for me. As a result those few drops are about all I get.  Wish I was one of those girls who can begin lactating without even trying.  >:-)

Breasts can grow 2 or 10 years, YMMW, i experienced lactation after 18 months of HRT  and my breasts still growing, i got lactactions regularly now.

For those considering or engaging in lactation, just remember mastitis is quite a probable outcome if you don't observe the rules of lactation. Just be aware.

Speak to you as soon as I bring the milk in and feed the cat.

It started for me at about 6 months on HRT and has continued since for almost a year (I'm just about 18 months on HRT now :) ).
It just sort of started up all on its own (no one plays with my boobs as yet :p ), one day I took my bra off and noticed some sort of gross crusty stuff on the inside where my nipple would be in contact with it... So I looked at my boob worried I might have an infection or something, I couldn't see anything so I squished it a bit and some whiteish fluid came out.. I thought 'uh oh- infection' but it wasn't sore or inflamed, I tried with the other side, and the same thing happened, it kind of freaked me out a bit, but I was pretty sure it wasn't and infection at least :)
And it hasn't gone away, kind of a lot comes out if I 'milk myself' but I usually just leave things alone and it hasn't gone away :)
The one thing I have to say about it is that, although I still have really small boobs (like many out there) it helps me stick up for their real-ness/genuine-ness- they might be little but they work! :p

So I'm not sure if there is much rhyme or reason to it, the only thing my endo said about it was that it might the cyproterone, as its a progestin... Maybe it depends on how your body interacts with the cypro?
Does anyone here lactate but use spiro as their anti androgen instead? That would be interesting to know :)
All these years, all these memories, there was you. You pull me through time.
