i think about writing a book online about my painful life as a trans guy in africa and in a country that still give death penalty to lgbt people, i want to write and put in it every struggle i go through everything, i want to show people how miserable and dangerous my life is,i want to talk about my long way to be me to be the man i'm,i will write about every single thing , about that dream that cost me 25 years of my life and i still live a lie and it may cost my whole life..
i'm not sure if anyone will even care about the book or want to read it,i don't want it to be just an other book,i want it to be read by a lot of people cause i believe it could make a change, even a small change but i believe someone's heart will feel something while read it...what you guys think?! is it a good idea!!? would you want to read it ?! do you think people will care and want to read it? my english is not too perfect but do you think you  someone of you guys can help to correct my language faults ?
Sometimes, it's hard to find words to tell you how much you mean to me. A lot of times, I don't say anything at all. But I hope someday, you'll understand, having you is what I live for...(I Love you my Queen )

I think you should absolutely do it!  You are living a unique experience and it is a story that ought to be told.  And told in your voice.  It is not a happy story, but the fact that you are still here proves that you are strong.  And that is the heart of the story.

I've noticed you here in these forums for quite a long time and I definitely think it's a good idea. Like zero said, you have a more unique experience than most of us do, and putting your story out there can help inspire change. Even if only a handful of people read your story, it makes a difference. If everyone stayed silent all the time, we wouldn't see the changes that have been happening in world as far as LGBT issues go.  Who knows, maybe someone feeling alone and isolated in your country or one with similar views would read it and it could help them hold on.

I think it's a great idea too. I once watched a TED talk with author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, where she talks about the danger of a single story. I recommend you to watch it if you haven't already - maybe it could motivate you. If you feel that your English is insufficient it might help to read some books in English before you start. That way you can also pick up on some different writing styles.

You definitely should! A story has power. A true story even more so. It can teach and inspire people around the world. If you think your english isn't good enough, Perhaps you could have a trusted friend help you.

It is important to get the words down. Do it in your native language and worry about making it in English after the fact.
