An FTM does not need typical male features to pass. The only real negative feature would be the appearance of large noticeable female breasts.

Mmm agree to disagree... Sort of. There are a lot of 'tells' that can make people see an FTM guy as female by mistake. A lot of it has to do with facial features/structure, usually as a result of the way fat deposits in the face and where. They don't necessarily need "typical" features but the point of this thread is to help guys that aren't passing or aren't sure improve little things that might make a stranger decide they're seeing a male instead of a short-haired female.

So, what do you think? Both recent photos, the first one was taken about five minutes ago, actually, and the second is just a photo of me in the waistcoat I'm wearing to my prom. I want to do something with my hair, but I don't know what. Do you guys have any suggestions? Oh, I'm pre-everything as well.

I recommend the undercut to everyone on this site  . It made me look a lot more masculine, even though I have a round face shape (pre T btw). There's also loads of variations of the style to suit each individual. My pic is on this thread too if you want to have a look.

I'd say you pass for about 15 or so (which is probably not the age you were hoping for) but it's a pass nonetheless!

IMO you're ready for the "You look badass, dude!" topic, bro, especially with that stache coming through! If you don't pass, someone needs to get their eyes checked, from what I'm seeing, but the only thing I can think of is that I know someone's mentioned that dyed hair in androgynous looks can sometimes help push people's final decisions over into perceiving you as female, when the colour is considered an "unnatural" tone. But here I don't think it hurts your cause, so I don't know what else you could do, since I don't think you really need anything more to pass.

Looking good! I think the thicker frames angle your face nicely. 

if you want my honest answer, you look boyish but more so on the fem side still. may be my eyes from my exhausting have to work on the fourth of July with a pack store and I'm the only one here to get clothes out.

I was rather unsure of how I passed, but the lady who was in charge of the kitchen at the wedding I went to called me a 'Good boy' and just before that they were offering alcoholic drinks and I was the only one at the table offered a non alcoholic drink. Dalex, you are looking great!  T really works well for you!

A definite pass.  I would say about 20 years old?  Maybe older if it was pushed?  I think it would depend on how mature you acted.  I will tell you that having an "adult" haircut like you do takes you out of the looking like a teenager range (so good choice).

Never actually been misgendered for the past 3/4 years. But I'd like to be able to improve.

I would say you pass, and I'd guess your age to be about 12-13.
