Do any of you gals know if there is such a thing as feet surgery to make your feet smaller?

Feet are made of lots of smaller bones, just like hands. I would say probably not.

No, you shouldn't have footsurgery. There's many MTF's here who claim their feet have shrunk several sizes from taking hormones and even their height reduced by inches!
Powerful stuff, these hormones eh?

I'm in a particular branch of medicine that is relevant to your question.  There are no surgeries that can make a foot small per say.  That being said, if you do have a particularly long digit or digits in the forefoot (often times the 2nd toe) they can make them smaller in length, which can reduce shoe size.  There are no surgeries in the mid foot/ hind foot can reduce bone size; again only surgeries exist reduce in length bones in the forefoot such as metatarsals and phalanges.  Doing this on many toes (needed to reduce the size of the whole foot) is not recommended for a number of reasons.  One, you would have many surgery scars over your toes, which could lead to contractors, cosmetic problems, risks of complications, and pain.  Secondly, biomechanically it could lead to high levels of foot pain later on if the surgeon does not get the angles or foot parabola exactly right.  So it is a complex question because theoretically there are procedures that could reduce the size (length wise) of the whole foot. But in practice, that orthopedic/ podiatric surgeons that could reduce the length of your forefoot wouldn't operate on you as it is outside the standard of care.
